Do you have problems with greasy or oily hair?
Hair that easily becomes greasy and oily needs to be washed often and can therefore become worn. Many people make the mistake of using a strong shampoo that effectively removes oil from the hair and scalp but also disrupts the scalp's natural balance. The most common cause of oily hair is an overproduction of an oil called sebum from the scalp. By adapting your hair care routine to your hair type, you can get rid of greasy hair and regain your hair's natural shine and volume.
The first step is to regularly wash your hair with a mild and gentle shampoo. Be careful not to use too much conditioner or other hair products on your scalp as it can clog the pores and make the problem worse. Another tip is to avoid touching your hair too much. Your hands can transfer oil and dirt to your hair making it even greasier.
Use hair products that are specially formulated for oily hair, for our customers with oily hair we usually recommend Macchiato shampoo bar which is a mild shampoo that has a balancing effect.
Another tip we give is to try to limit the amount of heat you use on your hair. Heat tools such as flat irons and hair dryers can make your hair dry and brittle, leading to increased production of sebum on the scalp.

Discover the advantages of natural hair care
Try a natural hair care routine and give your hair time to recover between washes. In the beginning, you may need to wash your hair every day, but as the quality of the hair is restored and sebum production decreases, you will be able to wash more rarely without the hair becoming greasy.
Macchiato shampoo bar contains natural organic oils and is free from ingredients such as silicones that clog hair and scalp.
Massage the shampoo thoroughly into the scalp and pull the lather out towards the ends. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Avoid putting too many products in your hair, let the scalp breathe as much as possible between washes.
