How do I make a return?
We only want satisfied customers, so we offer the possibility of making a free return within 30 days within Sweden. The product must be unused and in its original unopened packaging. Please read more in our terms and conditions here.
Making a return is easy. Just email us and provide your order number and we will send you a QR code for return shipping with Postnord.
When the return has arrived at our office and is approved, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method you used when placing your order.

How long is the delivery time?
We try to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Most of our orders ship within 48 hours of your order, but during periods when we have many orders it may take longer.
