How do I return an item?

We want satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied with a product and want to make a return, we will help you with this. Email: kontakt@foam.nu

You can make a return up to 30 days from your purchase provided the product is unopened and unused. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Complaint

We want all our products to be delivered in the highest quality and that you are satisfied with your product. If something has gone wrong and your product does not live up to the expected quality, please contact us for a complaint. Email: kontakt@foam.nu

Refund

As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation that your return has been approved. The return amount will then be automatically refunded to you via the same payment method as your order. Your payment will be with you within a few days of confirmation.
