How quickly will you ship my order?
We try to ship your order as quickly as possible. Usually within 1-3 business days of ordering.
How do I make a return?
If you have regretted your purchase, you can make a return on unused and unopened products. Contact us via the contact form or email info@foam-accessories.com and we will help you create a return.
Refunds will be made as soon as the return has been received and approved. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few days before you see your refund.
What payment methods do you offer?
At FOAM you can pay by card or Klarna.
If you are logged in, Klarna sometimes does not appear as an option if you have a card entered as a default. In that case, select "pay as guest" at checkout to see all payment options including Klarna.
How to use shampoo bar?
Create a lather in your hands or run the shampoo bar through your hair. Let the water rinse away all the lather and then gently squeeze your hair with a towel. With the power of nature's oils, your hair is strengthened, moisturized and ready for a new day straight out of the shower.
Store the shampoo bar dry between uses and it will last longer.

Are FOAM shampoo bars vegan?
Yes, we do not use ingredients of animal origin in our products.

How long does a shampoo bar last?
One shampoo bar is equivalent to about 3-4 bottles of shampoo. Depending on how often you wash your hair and how long and thick your hair is, it may last for different lengths of time.
A tip is to always store the shampoo bar dry between uses to extend the life of the shampoo bar. Store dry on a shelf, soap dish or in our FOAM shampoo bag that you hang in the shower.
Do your shampoo bars contain sulfates?
No, our shampoo bars are completely sulfate-free and also silicone-free. FOAM is a gentle alternative to conventional shampoo and formulated to suit even the most sensitive scalp.
